The roof was out of plane. Before any metal panels could go on, the underlying structure had to be corrected — sagging ridges, rafter issues, and out-of-square framing addressed first.
Straightening the Structure
Roof straightening came first — correcting the plane of the roof deck so standing seam panels would lie flat. Sistering rafters, pulling the ridge, shimming low spots.
Sealed & Complete
Standing seam metal roofing installed over the corrected structure. Vinyl siding, new exterior doors, gutters, and trim complete the exterior.
