Residential Addition · Garage Rebuild · Exterior Finish
More House,
Built Right
A full home addition, partial garage demolition and rebuild, all-new vinyl siding, a new roof system, new windows and doors, and an elevated rear deck — one complete exterior transformation.
The Original House
The existing home needed more space and the garage needed to be partially torn down and rebuilt. Before the first board was nailed, the full scope was clear: addition framed from the foundation, garage rebuilt, and the entire exterior unified.
Addition & Garage Rebuild
The addition went up from a new foundation — full stud framing, window and door rough-ins, roof structure tied into the existing home. The garage was partially demolished, resized, and rebuilt at the correct dimensions.
The Completed Exterior
New vinyl siding ties the addition, rebuilt garage, and original house into one unified exterior. New windows and doors throughout. A new roof system over the full footprint. An elevated rear deck added off the back of the addition.
The original house had aging siding, no addition, and a mismatched garage. The finished exterior unifies everything under one roofline with matching siding.
