Commercial Build-Out · Bank to Office · Framing & Drywall
Blank Vault,
New Vision
Converting a vacant bank into a functioning office — interior framing, partition walls, drywall throughout, door and window rough-ins, and a complete office layout built from a raw commercial shell.
Bank Building, Reimagined
The building was a vacant bank — open floor plan, commercial-grade shell, zero interior layout. The scope called for a complete build-out: individual offices, lobby, hallways, and all rough-ins for doors and windows.
Frame, Board, Finish
Metal stud framing first — every partition wall laid out to the floor plan and anchored to the slab. Then drywall: hung, taped, mudded, and sanded smooth. Door bucks and window rough-ins framed precisely.
A Finished Office Space
The completed build-out transformed a vacant bank into a fully partitioned, drywalled, and finished office environment — ready for trim, paint, and occupancy.
From an open bank shell to a fully framed, drywalled office layout — every partition plumb, every door rough-in on layout.
